Salt Lake County - Millcreek
Millcreek is Salt Lake County's newest city. Residents voted to incorporate in November, 2015 and the incorporation occured on December 28, 2016. Prior to the vote to incorporate, Millcreek was the most populous unincorporated area of Salt Lake County. The city is diverse, with boundaries stretching from the Wasatch Mountains on the East to I-15 on the West. Millcreek is wedged between Salt Lake City and South Salt Lake on the north and Murray and Holladay on the south.
The housing market in Millcreek is diverse. There are condos and townhomes for under $200,000, exclusive homes on the East Bench and everything in between. Homes sold in Millcreek over that past year ranged in price from below $200,000 to up to $1MM. Over half the homes sold were between $300,00 and $500,000.
